   _{Stella Nox Fleuret, that was a name he’d become increasingly familiar with since he’d ended up there. She knew a lot about where he was from, where he knew little of the land he presently found himself seated in. Evidently, in his zoning out, he’d missed where he’d completely cut her off of her current topic, of the few times she did address him, as she sat with her mouth open and obviously not quite finished with whatever had eloquently spun itself off her tongue.}

   _{”… Later.” His countenance turned as he moved to walk away, cold as it ever was. As much as it probably was something she deemed important… He couldn’t bring himself to care.}

17. Sweet kiss

Stella’s eyes were practically glued to the stars, but Axel found himself being constantly distracted from them with her sitting right next to him. There was nothing new up there the way he saw it - not by this point. It seemed like every time he visited this world the constellations were out and Stella wanted to watch them. He enjoyed it, too. Ignoring his work and sitting with her was relaxing, and she didn’t seem to mind his company all that much either. But he’d quickly grown acquainted with the stars in the sky and was more concerned with the one sitting at his side.

He smiled a bit to himself as he watched her eyes sparkle in fascination. Without thinking, a hand came up to cup her cheek and turn her towards him, and he leaned forward to press a gentle kiss against her lips. He pulled away for a moment, only to give her a small smile and another quick peck. “I’m sorry, I was feeling ignored.” He said jokingly with a chuckle, the hand on her face moving to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear.
