She really missed home and it saddened her that they couldn’t stay for long. She missed the salty breeze, the warm sand in between her toes, and all of her friends—no—family. As much as the tropical feel of the area made her just want to sit down and relax, they were here on a mission to find a Gravitational Core which was said to be somewhere in New Bodhum. The real return home would just have to wait. She began to head to the small area of beach houses, bending down to look under the wooden ramps for anything unusual to be hidden under there first.
Hours have passed from the time she first landed in this beachside village known as New Bodhum. Upon her arrival, she immediately began the mission she had set out to do, not even taking the time to pause and take in the unique, tropical locale that the world she came from lacked. A rare material called a Gravitational Core was all she needed from this place, but her efforts of searching so far had bore no fruition.
“Now where would such an object be hidden?”
The blond-haired maiden sighed inwardly to herself, tapping her chin in deep contemplation. Not that she knew what it looked like, but it was said to have phenomenal properties that would be of benefit to her country. It was something of dire importance, and she must take it back with her at all costs.
After another exhausting hour had gone by, she decided to take a short break from her search, and sat herself on one of the docked boats resting on the shore overlooking the sea. Taking a nice, deep breath, the young heiress reveled in the seasalt breeze and stretched her fatigued slender arms. She held her gaze on the ocean for a few more seconds until the petite form of a pink-haired girl nearby caught her attention.
“Hmm, searching for something, perhaps?” She pondered, trying to discern the girl’s peculiar actions.
