The redhead smiled down at the blonde woman as she explained each of the constellations in the sky excitedly, pleased that she hadn’t freaked at his presence. He supposed she was somewhat of a special kind of person if she’d taken his appearance in stride, neglecting both the intimidating tattoos and long black leather cloak. He appreciated that for once, his good intentions shone through. It didn’t even seem like she had a clue who he was or of the faction he was a part of, and that was refreshing.
He followed his own finger as she commanded it, pointing towards different sets of stars in the sky all surrounding the focal point, Orion, as she’d called it. “Hm, they’re beautiful.” He nodded, taking control of his arm back and shaking it off jokingly as she cut herself off. “And hey, I did ask, don’t worry ‘bout it.” He said, giving her a reassuring smile.
She had a nice voice, and an eye color that the redhead couldn’t recall ever having seen before. He chuckled at her question, an arm raising to scratch at the back of his head, pulling through the long red locks at the base of his neck as he shook his head and replied. “What gave it away?”
{☆} —- Hearing his question, the princess pressed a lithe finger upon her chin as if in thought. For one thing, he had quite a unique face. His overall appearance, especially his fiery red hair which she found to be alluring under the pallid moonlight, would draw just about anyone’s attention. He intrigued her in a strange way, so to speak. Even she couldn’t explain why.

“How can I tell? I’ll have you know, stranger, that I have a good memory.” She responded to his question quite candidly, a soft laugh emanating from her lips in her usual ladylike charm. And it was no lie. Ever since she had been born, Stella had been gifted with extraordinary memory. She could easily distinguish those who were of Tenebraean citizenry and those who came from the ‘outer world’ – this particular person seemed to fit the latter. It wasn’t very often that her kingdom would receive visitors from the outside worlds, so perhaps that could have contributed to her unexpected fascination of the redhead.
“Apologies, my name is Stella. What brings you here to Tenebrae, Sir…..—?” She paused. Surely this mysterious man would give her his name in return.
